Ingredients
- 600g ground chuck (80/20)
- 4 brioche buns
- 8 slices thick-cut bacon
- 4 slices aged cheddar
- 1 large onion, sliced
- BBQ sauce
Technique
Form patties with shallow dimple in center. Season generously. Cook 3-4 minutes per side. Add cheese in last minute. Caramelize onions slowly with butter. Render bacon until crispy. Toast buns and assemble.
