Lobster Thermidor

Lobster Thermidor is ultimate French haute cuisine—decadent, dramatic, absolutely delicious.

Ingredients

  • 2 whole lobsters (700g each)
  • 200ml heavy cream
  • 3 tbsp cognac
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 100g Gruyère cheese

Method

Boil lobsters, remove meat. Make cream sauce with cognac and mustard. Fold in lobster, spoon into shells. Top with cheese and broil until golden.
